This implant case was necessary due to trauma years prior from a basketball accident. After many root canal (endodontic) procedures, post and cores, and crowns, the tooth finaly fractured vertically. The tooth was removed and an implant was placed the same day. A healing time was necessary for implant integration prior to restoring with a crown.
(all photos are unaltered)
The implant was placed in our office and the crown was fabricated by an execellent General Dentists in our area.
